Salary: £45,000 per annum
Service: Residential Care - Dementia, Learning Disabilities/Autism, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well‑established residential care service in Barton‑upon‑Humber. The home supports adults with a range of needs including dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day‑to‑day running of the home
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations
Provide strong leadership and support to staff
Oversee care planning, safeguarding and risk management
Build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals
Manage staffing, rotas, budgets and audits
Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of care
Requirements
Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager
Strong understanding of CQC compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience supporting individuals with dementia, LD/autism, MH or physical disabilities
Level 3 qualification or above (Level 5 preferred)
Passion for delivering safe, person‑centred care

Deputy Manager - Residential Care Home (Barton‑upon‑Humber)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full‑time, including weekend working
Shifts: 2 days per week on the floor + office‑based duties
Service: Dementia, Learning Disabilities/Autism, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities
We are looking to recruit a strong and confident Deputy Manager to join a busy residential care home in Barton‑upon‑Humber. The ideal candidate will already have experience as a Deputy Manager and hold a Level 3 qualification or above.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager with daily operations
Lead by example during floor shifts
Oversee care delivery and ensure high standards
Support staff supervision, training and development
Assist with care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
Build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
Requirements
Experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Carer/Team Leader
Level 3 qualification or above
Experience in dementia, LD/autism, MH or physical disability care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to work weekends
Confident working both on the floor and in the office
