We are partnering with a well-established healthcare manufacturer known for delivering high-quality, innovative products within aseptic, medical & cleanroom settings, who are seeking a Business Development Manager.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a growing filtration portfolio, driving new business and expanding key accounts on a national basis. You will collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams while working directly with customers to deliver tailored filtration solutions and grow market presence.
This is a full-time, permanent position, covering a national territory with a mix of field, home and office-based working.

Ideal Requirements
Direct experience selling filtration products or filtration solutions is essential
Track record of winning new business and growing territory revenue
Strong stakeholder management and commercial presentation skills
Role Responsibilities
Grow sales and market share across a specialist filtration portfolio through targeted business development activity
Proactively open new accounts and expand existing customers through strategic, value-led engagement
Own territory performance through structured planning, pipeline management, and accurate reporting
