What You Will Do:

• Deliver accurate and high-quality aseptic dispensing and trading services
• Provide specialist advice on clinical pharmacy and medication management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
• Support the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and protocols
• Monitor and improve service quality through audits and continuous evaluation

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with a Postgraduate Clinical Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital clinical pharmacy
• Driving licence desirable for multi-site working
• HCPC registration not required
