What You Will Do:

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary hospital team, contributing to exceptional patient care across dispensary and ward levels.

• Ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines in line with PEH policy, standard operating procedures, and relevant legislation.

• Supervise and mentor pharmacists, supporting their professional development and maintaining excellence in clinical pharmacy services.

• Produce and deliver detailed reports for the Directorate, supporting safe medicine use, effective drug budget management, and clinical governance.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of treatment protocols and prescribing guidelines for specialist areas.

• Support the Associate Director of Pharmacy and senior staff in maintaining regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

• Provide clinical leadership and deliver specialised pharmacy services within a designated clinical specialty.

• Offer expert pharmacy support to the dispensary team, ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
