What you will do:

- Provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients, ensuring efficient and safe medication management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise treatment regimens and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical ward rounds and patient case reviews.
- Deliver specialist advice and support to healthcare professionals, patients, and carers regarding oncology treatments.
- Assist in the provision and development of pharmacy technical services.
- Support the implementation of new service innovations and improvements within the pharmacy team.
