What you will do:

- Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice within a mental health setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centred treatment plans.
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to the improvement of pharmacy services.
- Offer support and guidance to junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.

Must have substantial experience in Mental Health and a hospital setting to meet the complex demands of the role as a Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist at the Band 8a level.
