Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist pharmaceutical care and expert medication advice across multiple healthcare settings

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe and effective medication use

• Lead and optimise the delivery of clinical pharmacy services

• Support the development and implementation of medicines management strategies and policies

• Undertake clinical audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory and governance standards

Person Specification
Essential

• Registered Pharmacist with current GPhC registration

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working at Band 8a level

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Desirable

• Previous multi-site or NHS hospital experience

• Full UK driving licence
