Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pharmacy service to ensure optimal medicine use and compliance with governance standards.

• Provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to multidisciplinary teams, supporting safe and effective clinical decision-making.

• Develop, implement, and review evidence-based policies, protocols, and guidelines to enhance patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote best practices in medication management and patient safety.

Requirements:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

• Proven experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy, ideally at a senior or Band 7/8a level.

• Car driver, as the position may involve travel between sites.
