What You Will Do:

• Deliver expert pharmaceutical care within oncology services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for cancer patients.
• Perform clinical verification of SCAT scripts, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise treatment regimens and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide specialist advice and support to clinical staff and patients regarding oncology medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and organisational frameworks.
