What you will do

  • Aseptic Services Leadership: Act as Deputy Accountable Pharmacist for aseptic services, supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care.
  • Specialist Practice: Utilise your expertise in aseptic pharmaceutical operations to maintain safe and effective services.
  • Medication Management: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medicines management and patient safety.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure aseptic services comply with all relevant legislation, standards, and professional guidance.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead and contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Clinical Support: Provide specialist pharmacy advice and support to colleagues and healthcare professionals.
  • Training and Development: Share knowledge and provide guidance to support the development of pharmacy team members.
  • Governance: Promote best practice through effective clinical governance and risk management processes.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Pharmacy Qualification: Master's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Registration: Current General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registration.
