What you will do:

• Deliver specialist speech and language therapy to adult stroke survivors in community settings.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide a client-focused therapy service.
• Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for clients.
• Utilise specialist knowledge of adult neurology and community rehabilitation to tailor care plans.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration: Must be a registered Speech and Language Therapist with the HCPC.
• Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required to deliver care across community settings in Bromley.
