What you will do:

• Deliver a high standard of adult speech and language therapy to patients and their families/carers in a community setting, supporting a diverse population
• Provide specialist advice to the stroke community rehabilitation service (CSRT), adult SLT teams, and wider multidisciplinary health services
• Support integrated rehabilitation pathways to improve communication and swallowing outcomes post-stroke
• Work collaboratively with health professionals across community services to ensure holistic patient care

Required:

• HCPC registration is essential
• Full UK driving licence required due to community-based travel
