Provide strong clinical leadership and management to nursing and recovery staff, maintaining high standards of care.

Oversee daily prescribing and operational activities, ensuring service delivery meets clinical and safety standards.

Manage a complex caseload, delivering holistic care including non-medical prescribing interventions.
