What You Will Do

Undertake ward-based clinical pharmacy work within an acute trust, covering general medicine, surgery, and orthopaedics.

Carry out medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical interventions, and support safe and timely discharges.

Use the electronic prescribing system at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals to support accurate and efficient medicines management.

Work onsite as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Apply your previous acute hospital experience to improve patient outcomes and support safe, effective use of medicines.
Requirements

HCPC registration is required.

A minimum of two years' post-qualification experience is required.

Being a car driver is preferable but not essential.
