Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist pharmaceutical care to patients with HIV, supporting effective and patient-centred treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical medication reviews with attention to interactions, adherence, and side–effect management.

• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to optimise therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver medication counselling and education to patients and healthcare colleagues.

• Participate in service evaluations and clinical audits to promote ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Hospital and clinical experience within HIV services is essential.

• HCPC registration required.

• A full UK driving licence to support community clinic and home visit duties.
