What you will do

Specialist Physiotherapy: Provide a highly specialist physiotherapy service to children and young people aged 0-19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
Community-Based Support: Deliver therapy services to children and young people who do not currently have an educational placement.
DCD Service Coordination: Lead the coordination of the Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) service, supporting colleagues and contributing to service development.
Multidisciplinary Working: Work closely with Occupational Therapists and other professionals to provide assessment and treatment programmes.
Assessment and Treatment: Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Care Planning: Independently implement, monitor, and review physiotherapy interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
Clinical Leadership: Provide specialist advice and support to colleagues, families, carers, and partner agencies.
Record Keeping: Maintain high-quality clinical records, reports, and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
