What you will do:

Deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions to children and young people with mild to severe mental health conditions.

Undertake comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and clinical formulations.

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each service user.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure holistic care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and outcome measures.

Participate in MDT meetings, case discussions, and safeguarding processes.
Person Specification:
Qualifications:

Professional qualification in Mental Health, Psychology, Nursing, or an Allied Health Profession.

Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Registration & Accreditation:

Accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or working towards accreditation.

Registered with a relevant professional body such as HCPC or NMC.

Enhanced DBS clearance.
Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in CBT assessment, formulation, and intervention.

In-depth understanding of CAMHS and child development frameworks.

Excellent communication and engagement skills with young people and families.

Ability to manage risk and complex clinical presentations effectively.

Strong organisational and documentation skills.

Experience:

Experience delivering CBT interventions.
