Job Title: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist Location: Milton Keynes Pay Rate: Up to £31 per hour Full-time Contract Duration: 3 Months

What you will do:

• Perform medication reviews and provide clinical guidance to ensure safe and effective patient medication use
