What you will do:

• Provide community-based specialist speech and language therapy to a multidisciplinary, client-focused therapy service for adults diagnosed with stroke.

• Utilise your specialist knowledge of adult neurology and your comprehensive understanding of community environments to enhance patient care.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to deliver tailored therapies and track patient progress.

• Engage with patients and their families to ensure they are informed and supported throughout the rehabilitation process.

• Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with clinical governance and standards.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• HCPC registration: Required.

• Driving requirement: Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.
