What you will do
- Manage Complex Caseloads: Take responsibility for a specialist or complex Occupational Therapy caseload, ensuring high-quality and person-centred interventions.
- Complete Assessments: Undertake detailed Occupational Therapy and functional assessments to identify individual needs and priorities.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create, implement, and review individualised treatment and intervention plans.
- Support Complex Needs: Work with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex mental health needs.
- Deliver Occupational Therapy: Provide specialist input across both inpatient and community-based settings.
- Contribute to MDT Working: Support multidisciplinary decision-making, care planning, and reviews with your specialist expertise.
- Provide Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and develop junior Occupational Therapists and support
