What you will do:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patients

• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and legal standards
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, and supervision activities

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential
• Experience working within an acute setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
