Are you a skilled Speech and Language Therapist with experience in adult dysphagia and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care in community settings? We're seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 SLT to join our Community Dysphagia Team in Bridgend.

This exciting ongoing locum role offers the perfect opportunity to work across the Integrated Community Network Teams, supporting adults in their own homes and care environments. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with swallowing difficulties, with the added flexibility of remote and community-based working.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a specialist community dysphagia caseload, providing comprehensive assessment, intervention, and management to adults in their homes and care settings.

  • Work collaboratively with a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to develop and enhance speech and language services within the Primary Care cluster.

  • Build strong partnerships with GP practices, residential care homes, and community resources to ensure timely, coordinated care.

  • Collaborate with the Integrated Community Network Teams to deliver seamless, patient-centred pathways that support independence and quality of life.

  • Promote multidisciplinary teamwork, contributing your expertise to holistic care planning and interventi
