What you will do

  • Manage a specialist renal dietetic caseload, providing high-quality nutritional care and support.
  • Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with renal conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised renal nutrition care plans.
  • Provide specialist dietary advice and education to patients with chronic kidney disease and other renal conditions.
  • Monitor and evaluate nutritional outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of dietary interventions.
  • Support patients requiring complex renal dietary management.
  • Work collaboratively within renal multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and coordinated care.
  • Implement evidence-based nutrition interventions and contribute to best practice.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records and documentation.
  • Support effective discharge planning and promote personalised, patient-centr
