You will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with trauma and orthopaedic conditions, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced NHS setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Treatment Planning:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised rehabilitation programmes tailored to patient needs.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

  • Work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.

• Discharge Planning:

  • Contribute to effective discharge planning, ensuring safe and smooth transitions from hospital to home or onward care.

• Education & Support:

  • Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and junior staff regarding rehabilitation pathways and recovery goals.

• Clinical Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records in line with HCPC and NHS standards.
