What You Will Do

• Deliver physiotherapy care to acute stroke and respiratory patients, applying up-to-date clinical skills.

• Provide assessments and interventions within the acute stroke unit (HASU and ASU).

• Manage complex respiratory cases, ideally including tracheostomy patients.

• Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.

• Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a learning and professional development environment.

Requirements

• HCPC Registration: Essential.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in acute hospital settings in the UK, focusing on stroke and respiratory care.

• Desirable: Stroke competencies or post-graduate stroke training.

• Driving Licence: Preferable, to facilitate patient visits when required.
