What You Will Do:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for stroke, neurological, and complex condition patients.

• Use well-developed clinical reasoning to select appropriate assessment methods and establish accurate prognoses.

• Develop and agree SMART goals and treatment outcomes with patients, ensuring informed consent.

• Deliver a wide range of specialist neuro treatment techniques based on clinical evidence and professional experience.

• Ensure safe use and maintenance of treatment equipment and guide non-qualified staff where required.

• Produce clear written exercise programmes and patient information for home use, supporting carers and assistants.

• Continuously review and adapt treatment plans using clinical reasoning to achieve best outcomes.

• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth, goal-focused transitions of care.

• Provide clinical guidance and informal support to junior physiotherapists and colleagues.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.

• Minimum 2 years' neuro-physiotherapy experience required.

• Driving licence preferable but not essential.
