What You Will Do

• Provide physiotherapy cover to the winter pressure ward (Ward 3 - 12 beds).

• Deliver rehabilitation programmes and support patients with goal setting to aid their recovery.

• Complete comprehensive assessments and provide appropriate equipment to meet patient needs.

• Carry out discharge planning, including home visits and discharge to assess visits where required.

• Attend board rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and care planning.
