What you will do

• Medicines Management: Provide specialist support to ensure safe and effective medication processes.
• Medicines Reconciliation: Conduct detailed reviews to ensure accuracy in patient medication records.
• Policy Support: Assist in developing and implementing medicines management procedures.
• Ward Support: Work closely with clinical pharmacists to deliver pharmacy services across wards.
• System Utilisation: Use IT systems such as Cerner, JAC, and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
• Communication: Engage with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications / Requirements

• ACT Qualification: Must hold Accredited Checking Technician status.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' NHS ward-based experience.
• Registration: Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in hospital pharmacy systems and IT applications.
