What You Will Do:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services, ensuring optimal care and support to patients on the wards

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient medication therapies and provide advice on efficient drug utilisation

• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective use of medications

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements

• Support the dispensary team and provide specialist knowledge when needed

• Serve as a crucial point of contact for face-to-face patient interactions, contributing to the overall patient experience

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you must have at least one year of NHS ward experience with face-to-face patient interaction, and holding an HCPC registration is essential.
