What You Will Do:

  • Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions within the stroke unit.

  • Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans alongside the multidisciplinary team.

  • Design targeted exercises and therapy programmes to promote independence and functional recovery.

  • Provide education and practical advice to patients, families, and carers.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with HCPC standards.

  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings.

About You:

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.

  • Experience within stroke or neurology rehabilitation.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
