This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist specialising in Stroke & Neuro to join the Stroke & Neuro Team in Epping, UK. What you will do:

  • Assess and provide therapy to patients within the stroke and neuro services.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for patients.

  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Provide support and guidance for patients and their families, enhancing their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements:

  • Must be HCPC registered.

  • At least 2 years of experience working within the NHS, specialising in stroke and neuro services.

  • Experience of working with an Early Supported Discharge team is desirable.

  • A car driver is preferable due to the nature of the role.
