What You Will Do:

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop personalised rehabilitation plans
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve independence and quality of life

• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
