The position offers flexibility with working days, usually adhering to a Mon-Fri schedule from 8am to 4.30pm, with a typical start at 8.30 am.

What you will do:

  • Deliver specialised clinical input while collaborating with service users, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct triage and comprehensive clinical assessments focusing on mobility, posture, and pressure care.
  • Prescribe, review, and set up equipment, ensuring service users are involved throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to support high-quality record-keeping.
  • Manage your caseload effectively, using outcome measures to monitor progress.
  • Oversee medical device management and adhere to safeguarding procedures.
  • Perform physical and postural assessments, including activities such as bending, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Handle and manoeuvre wheelchairs and related equipment safely on a daily basis.
