What You Will Do

• Assess and treat patients in a fast-paced acute physical setting, ensuring optimal care

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement best-practice interventions

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and processes

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with professional standards

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities

Requirements

• HCPC registration

• Experience in physical acute settings

• Valid driver’s license preferred for traveling between Lewisham locations
