You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and ensuring children receive high‑quality therapeutic support tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• Deliver and implement EHCPs within schools across the Chertsey area.
• Utilise the EMIS system for effective case management and documentation.
• Travel between schools using your own transport to deliver on‑site therapy.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, healthcare professionals, and families.
• Evaluate treatment progress and adjust intervention plans to support each child’s development.
• Tailor therapy techniques to suit a variety of school environments and individual needs.

Requirements / Candidate Criteria

Essential

• HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.
• Access to your own vehicle for travel to different school locations.
• Experience in paediatric OT and working within educational or school‑based environments.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.

Desirable

• Experience delivering EHCP‑based interventions.
• Familiarity with EMIS or similar clinical systems.
