Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do
- Deliver and implement EHCPs within schools across the Chertsey area.
- Utilise the EMIS system for effective case management and documentation.
- Travel between schools using your own transport to deliver on‑site therapy.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Evaluate treatment progress and adjust intervention plans to support each child’s development.
- Tailor therapy techniques to suit a variety of school environments and individual needs.
Requirements / Candidate Criteria
Essential
- HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.
- Access to your own vehicle for travel to different school locations.
- Experience in paediatric OT and working within educational or school‑based environments.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
Desirable
- Experience delivering EHCP‑based interventions.
- Familiarity with EMIS or similar clinical systems.
