This exciting ongoing locum opportunity offers full-time hours, working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, supporting older adults with mental health and dementia-related needs. What you will do:

Undertake functional assessments to identify service users' strengths, needs, and areas requiring intervention.

Complete home and environmental assessments to support safe and independent living where appropriate.

Carry out standardised Occupational Therapy assessments and utilise evidence-based practice throughout your work.

Develop and deliver tailored Occupational Therapy intervention plans that promote positive outcomes.

Facilitate therapeutic groups that encourage social engagement, participation, and meaningful occupation.

Assess and support older adults with mental health conditions and dementia-related needs.
