Location: Brechin, UK
Rate: £30.00 – £32.37 per hour
Contract: Ongoing | Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions within the mental health team.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to support discharge planning from acute mental health wards.

• Work closely with MDT colleagues to develop safe and effective discharge plans.

• Provide tailored treatment strategies to promote independence, recovery and engagement in meaningful activities.

• Liaise with external agencies and community support services to ensure smooth patient transitions.

Requirements

• HCPC registration (essential)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health, ideally in acute settings

• Full UK driving licence preferred to support community visits
