Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments of service users’ functional abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans.

• Deliver individual and group interventions focused on skills training, ADL support, and vocational activities.

• Monitor and adapt treatment plans collaboratively with service users and the MDT.

• Actively involve service users and carers in care planning to promote independence and well-being.

• Maintain accurate records in accordance with professional and Trust standards.

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in occupational therapy and mental health practice.
