What You Will Do

Manage a defined caseload of service users within the Low Secure Service.

Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualised care and treatment plans.

Deliver 1:1 and group-based therapeutic interventions focusing on functional skills, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and vocational and community readiness.

Contribute to risk assessments, care planning, CPA processes, and MDT reviews.

Support service users to progress through rehabilitation pathways towards greater independence and step-down services.

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

Work collaboratively with nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff.

Provide clinical guidance and supervision to Band 5 OTs, OT assistants, and support staff where required.

Participate in service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
