What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop personalised rehabilitation and recovery plans

• Provide specialist hand therapy interventions for a range of hand and wrist conditions

• Design and deliver bespoke splinting solutions tailored to individual patient needs

• Manage and prioritise your own caseload to ensure high standards of care

• Treat patients across acute elective, trauma, rheumatology, and plastics pathways

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Proven experience working within hand therapy

• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload independently

• Confident communication skills and a patient-centred approach
