What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify physical, psychological, and social needs.

  • Create and implement individualised treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence.

  • Provide early intervention strategies for individuals with psychosis, anxiety, or rehabilitation needs.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care delivery.

  • Offer advice, education, and support to service users and their families.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in line with NHS and professional standards.

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits.

  • Support junior staff and students through supervision and mentorship as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

  • Minimum of two years' experience, ideall
