What You Will Do

• Complete specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions using the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) framework.

• Deliver individual and group-based interventions to promote recovery, independence, and quality of life.

• Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative group programmes focused on occupational participation and community inclusion.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring high standards of clinical reasoning, documentation, and outcomes.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar community-based role.

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
