What you will do

• Service Delivery: Provide specialist, client-centred occupational therapy interventions within the Community Neuro Service.
• Caseload Management: Autonomously manage a complex caseload in a community setting.
• Assessment & Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
• Clinical Reasoning: Apply advanced problem-solving skills to support patients with neurological conditions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with inpatient stroke teams and community neuro services.
• Supervision: Support and supervise rehabilitation assistants and students.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HCPC Registration: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
• Experience: Relevant experience within neurology or community rehabilitation settings.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required for community visits.
• Clinical Skills: Strong assessment, treatment planning, and autonomous working abilities.
