Key Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous, evidence-based occupational therapy to adults within an acute inpatient setting.

• Undertake comprehensive assessments, treatment interventions, and discharge planning for individuals with physical, neurological, orthopaedic, and age-related conditions.

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

• Provide supervision, teaching, and support to junior staff and students.

• Manage and prioritise complex caseloads while adhering to professional, regulatory, and safeguarding standards.
