What you will do:

Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions within an acute medicine ward setting.

Assess and treat acute inpatients, supporting their rehabilitation, recovery, and functional independence.

Facilitate effective discharge planning to promote safe and timely patient discharges.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.

Manage and prioritise a varied patient caseload efficiently and effectively.
