What you will do:

• Perform high-quality mammograms in accordance with NHS Breast Screening Programme standards.
• Manage and operate NBSS systems, ensuring accurate data entry and patient records.
• Engage in both screening and symptomatic clinics, providing comprehensive breast care.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting to support diagnostic processes.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mammography procedures with precision while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care and guidance to patients throughout their journey.
• Participate actively in quality assurance programs to uphold imaging standards.
• Manage workload efficiently, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:45, covering approximately 37.5 hours weekly.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic within the breast unit role.

Requirements:

• Current HCPC registration is a must.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in mammography, including work in symptomatic clinics.
• Preferably a car driver for easy commute to various sites as needed.
