Based in the historic and bustling town of King's Lynn, you will earn £26.00 hourly with this ongoing locum position. Work full time, or delve into a four-day week, with an adventurous mix of two days on the acute stroke unit and two days covering a community caseload.

What you will do

• Conduct specialist dysphagia assessment and management for post-stroke patients both in acute settings and community environments.
• Undertake specialist communication assessments and rehabilitation for post-stroke patients.
• Collaborate and liaise effectively with the stroke multidisciplinary team offering support with MCA capacity assessments.
• Independently manage your caseload, including the completion of discharge paperwork and comprehensive reports.
• Travel to various patient locations including their homes and care facilities; driving is essential, so a car driver’s license is required.
• Embrace the autonomy and responsibility of lone working, ensuring high-quality patient care across diverse settings.
