What You Will Do:

• Manage a complex nutrition support caseload, including patients requiring artificial nutrition and tube feeding.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.

• Apply gastroenterology knowledge to support patients with conditions such as IBS, coeliac disease, and post-surgical nutritional needs.

• Deliver outpatient nutrition consultations in person, by video, and by telephone.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure practice meets HCPC and professional standards.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.

• Valid driving licence required for travel to patient appointments and team meetings.
