Job Title: Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist

What you will do:

• Provide specialist occupational therapy interventions as part of our dedicated team
• Assess and evaluate the needs of clients to develop personalised care plans
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care approaches
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with current regulations
• Drive to various community locations as part of your role, therefore a driving licence is essential

This role requires HCPC registration and a current car driving licence, empowering you to bring your expertise directly to clients throughout the community.
