What you will do

Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children and young people aged 0-19, including those with complex physical and developmental needs.

Recommend, prescribe, and review specialist equipment to support independence and safety.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and social care professionals.

Liaise closely with children, families, and carers to ensure person-centred, effective interventions.

Deliver services across community settings, travelling between locations as required.

Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
